About True Plumbing

True Plumbing has been a family-owned and operated company located in Vancouver, Washington, since 1997. Our dedicated team is here to provide our local clients with the best possible service in our area. As a plumbing company, we know how important it is to punctually communicate and to accurately diagnose the problem. In many cases such as emergency leaks, sporadic pipe bursts, or even an underground sewer line breakage, a professional is needed quickly. We understand the need for urgency in these situations and always spring to action as needed. At True Plumbing we’re a family that treats our customers like family.

How Did We Get Started?

We initially started in excavation and grading. After several years of learning, we branched out into plumbing services. Using our experience, we founded True Plumbing in 1997. We have team of full time plumbers on staff. This kind of growth would not be possible in such a short period of time without the support of our current and previous customers. Our team at True Plumbing want to continuously grow sustainably so that Vancouver locals will always have a reputable and family oriented company to rely on.

Our team often participates in little league sponsorships for children’s’ sports, local giveaways, and voluntary work within the community. They find it very rewarding that their work at True Plumbing allows them to be in a position to give back. Tyler

Founder

Tyler, our founder, has over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He still loves meeting customers on service calls and providing the best service possible. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors and working around his farm.

Reg

Commercial Service

Reg has over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Every day he still reminds our team how much he enjoys working in the trades and he always has a positive attitude. Reg also loves spending much of his time outdoors in Washington.

Wyatt

Service Division

Wyatt’s favorite part of being a service plumber is learning more every day. He enjoys the constant challenge and continues to improve his skills. Wyatt also loves the outdoors and spends much of his free time doing outdoor activities.

Eric

Service Division

Eric’s passion for getting to know customers personally and making sure that the job is completely to the highest standard shows. He his a hard worker and always pleasant to be around. Eric also enjoys trying new barbecue restaurants in his free time.

Nick

Service Division

Nick enjoys helping customers overcome their “plumbing nightmares” and he is particularly great at it. Nick also enjoys the challenge of new problems that arise. In his free time, Nick frequents local taco shops and enjoys trying new taco variations.

Misty

Dispatch

Misty has been with True Plumbing since the doors opened in 2017. She works in dispatch and enjoys quickly and efficiently helping customers schedule and resolve their plumbing issues. Misty also LOVES her 2 pups and spending time hiking outdoors.
