Do I need to dig up my whole yard?
Usually not. A camera inspection lets us locate the exact problem, so we can often do a targeted spot repair. We only recommend a full replacement when the line's overall condition calls for it, and we'll show you why.
What causes sewer line problems here?
In our area it's most often tree-root intrusion, older pipe material breaking down, and settling that creates low spots (bellies) where waste collects. A camera tells us which one you're dealing with.
How do I know it's the sewer and not just one drain?
If several fixtures back up at the same time, or the lowest drains in the house gurgle and back up, that points to the main sewer line rather than a single clogged fixture.
