Whole-home repipe
PEX repiping planned to minimize disruption.
Aging, leak-prone, or corroded pipe? We repipe homes with PEX and repair water lines, for better pressure, cleaner water, and an end to surprise leaks.

If you're patching leaks every few months, or your water runs discolored and the pressure has faded, the pipes themselves are usually the problem. Older galvanized lines corrode from the inside out, and once that starts, one repair just leads to the next.
A repipe replaces the failing lines with PEX, done cleanly, to code, with the walls patched back up. We can also handle a single water-line or main repair when that's all you need. Either way, you get a straight answer on what the pipes actually require.

Repiping is a routing and sequencing project as much as a pipe project. A good plan replaces the failing system while protecting finishes and keeping household disruption predictable.
The estimate documents pipe material, fixture groups, shutoffs, pressure complaints, leak history, accessible crawlspace or attic routes, and the walls that may need controlled openings.
New line sizes, trunk and branch routes, fixture connections, access points, and daily water shutdowns are planned before installation begins.
The new system is connected in stages, pressure-tested, flushed, and checked at fixtures. The scope should clearly state how access openings and finish restoration are handled.
One leak does not automatically justify a whole-home project. The pattern across the plumbing system is what matters.
A single accidental failure can be repaired. Leaks in different areas, internal corrosion, and declining flow throughout the home point to a broader material problem.
Low performance may come from corroded interiors, undersized branches, a regulator, or the incoming service. Repiping only helps when the distribution piping is the cause.
Number of bathrooms, finished areas, crawlspace or attic access, household schedule, and planned remodeling shape the sequence and restoration plan.
True Plumbing is based in Vancouver, where our team, reputation, and service operation are centered. We also serve nearby communities across southwest Washington and the east Portland metro.
Older Vancouver homes may still contain galvanized or mixed-generation plumbing, while additions and remodels can leave several materials in one system. The estimate should identify what remains, what changes, and how the new piping connects to the water service and fixtures.
