Signs
A quiet pump is not proof that it will start during the next storm.
A stuck float, failed check valve, clogged discharge, worn pump, or power outage can leave a crawlspace unprotected. Test the whole system before rain raises the water table.
Basin, pump, check valve, and discharge, done right.
Aging or failed pumps swapped before storm season.
Pumping continues when the storm takes the power.
The most common quiet failure, found and fixed.
Frozen, clogged, or badly routed lines corrected.

Call (360) 207-6064The pump is only one part of the path.
We check water entry, debris, pump condition, float clearance, power, and access.
The check valve and discharge route must move water away without sending it back.
We cycle the system and verify startup, flow, shutoff, noise, and backup operation.
Test results and storm risk decide.
A float, power, or check-valve fault differs from a failed or worn pump motor.
Battery backup matters most where outages arrive with the same storms that raise groundwater.
A sound pump cannot fix a blocked, frozen, short, or poorly routed discharge.
Clark County's long wet periods can raise groundwater around crawlspaces and basements. Dry-weather testing finds failures before the pump is carrying its largest load.

Fast and responsive
Great guy! Super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
True Plumbing is an excellent and fair business. Jason R. Is very skilled and personable. I appreciate his professionalism and confidence. He wants to do things perfectly correct. I recommend Jason, Danny and True Plumbing.
Everything about working with True Plumbing was top notch, professional, and still human and friendly. Nick came out to consult, and he was both knowledgeable and friendly. Eric showed up on time and ready to rock. He encountered and overcame some unforeseen challenges (behind our walls) without missing a beat. I was wrongly skeptical of a one man show taking on the task, but he got it done and within the time they had quoted. Add to all this, they did it for 20% less than my previous bids. I will definitely be recommending True Plumbing to others.
They did an awesome job with the work. Very professional and fast. I appreciated all the work.
Jason was very professional, kind, and accommodating. He did a great job explaining what had happened, what he needed to do to fix it, and finished up quickly.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend! We had a burst pipe inside our wall/floor, and he came out right away. He was incredibly fast, efficient, and got everything taken care of quickly. On top of doing a great job, he was very friendly, personable, and easy to work with. It’s such a relief to have someone dependable when you’re dealing with an unexpected plumbing emergency. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely call him again if we ever need a plumber!
Danny did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I really appreciated the quality of his work and would definitely recommend Danny to anyone looking for a dependable plumber.

Jason Resser did a great job replacing a spigot for us. He kept us informed of what he was doing and why. I'm pleased with this service.
