Everything about working with True Plumbing was top notch, professional, and still human and friendly. Nick came out to consult, and he was both knowledgeable and friendly. Eric showed up on time and ready to rock. He encountered and overcame some unforeseen challenges (behind our walls) without missing a beat. I was wrongly skeptical of a one man show taking on the task, but he got it done and within the time they had quoted. Add to all this, they did it for 20% less than my previous bids.
