How the service works

How a whole-home repipe is planned

Repiping starts with the actual home, not a construction-year assumption. A good plan identifies the existing materials, separates distribution-pipe problems from pressure-source problems, and replaces the failing system while keeping disruption predictable.

Map the existing plumbing

The estimate documents visible materials near the water heater, utility area, crawlspace, and shutoffs, then checks fixture groups, pressure complaints, leak history, mixed-generation additions, and concealed routes that may need controlled openings.

How do I know whether my house needs repiping?
Repeated leaks, corrosion, discolored water from private piping, unreliable pressure, aging problem materials, and repairs in several unrelated areas can point toward a system-wide issue. One failed valve or isolated pipe does not automatically mean the whole house needs replacement.
Should I repair another leak or repipe the house?
